Greenergy is a major UK fuel supplier and a leading European manufacturer of waste-based renewables. To deliver fuel to our customers, we have a 24/7 in-house haulage operation made up of over 650 drivers and a fleet of over 250 tankers. Greenergy Flexigrid operates out of over 20 depots nationwide, making over 182,000 deliveries to 3,100 customers each year. Join us as **Depot Operations Manager** and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused depot operations. You'll oversee all aspects of depot performance, from resource planning and team leadership through to compliance, budgeting and service delivery, ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service. We're looking for an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational and commercial responsibilities. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and support the ongoing success of the depot and wider business.
