Aegean Baltic Bank is seeking a skilled Derivatives Trader to join its Treasury Department.The successful candidate will support the execution and monitoring of derivatives transactions, primarily for hedging and client-driven purposes, in line with the Bank’s policies and risk framework. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury / derivatives dealing, preferably within a banking environment
- Good understanding of derivatives instruments (FFAs, FX forwards, swaps, options, interest rate derivatives)
- Good knowledge of financial markets, particularly FX and interest rate markets
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. Bloomberg) and treasury systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Professional certifications (e.g. CFA, FRM) will be considered an asset
