About the Role Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer. Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and general dermatologic procedures. Collaborate with and provide mentorship to dermatology-trained Advanced Practice Providers. Step into an established patient base with strong, steady referral volume from day one. Genuine opportunity to grow into a partner/owner role within the practice. What We're Looking For Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO. Active Mississippi medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Interest in a long-term role, with openness to partnership/ownership strongly preferred. Comfort managing a full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology caseload. Strong clinical judgment, leadership presence, and a patient-first mindset. A collaborative team player ready to build on an already-thriving practice.
