Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Job Type: Contract Role - 1 year Experience: 2–5 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support and manage day-to-day desktop, laptop, network, and user account-related issues. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support to end users. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, applications, printers, and peripherals . Create, modify, disable, and manage user email IDs and email accounts . Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other email clients . Manage basic Active Directory user accounts, passwords, groups, and access permissions. Handle basic DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting . Troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP-related issues . Configure and troubleshoot printers and shared network resources. Perform software installation, upgrades, patching, and antivirus support. Maintain IT asset inventory and update support tickets/documentation. Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution. Provide onsite and remote technical support as required. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Troubleshooting . Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 . Experience in Email ID creation and email configuration . Basic knowledge of Active Directory . Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi networking . Experience with Outlook troubleshooting and configuration . Knowledge of hardware replacement and peripheral troubleshooting. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience supporting corporate/enterprise users. Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 will be an added advantage. Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period. BE in IT or equivalent hiring for our client in Mumbai
