DEVELUP Campus Leadership Program (2027)

**What is DEVELUP?** DEVELUP is a 2-year leadership development program for young adults that provides practical ministry experience and cohort-based training in the areas of Campus Leadership, Worship, and Production for leaders who desire to serve in a local church setting. DEVELUP staff members are challenged to expand their leadership capacity as they grow spiritually, professionally, and relationally. **Campus Leadership Program** This program is designed for emerging leaders who take initiative, are willing to work hard, love to learn, and want to grow in their leadership abilities as they serve in a local church setting.
