DEVELUP Production Program (2027)

**What is DEVELUP?** DEVELUP is a 2-year leadership development program that provides practical ministry experience and cohort-based training in the areas of Campus Leadership, Worship, and Production for leaders who desire to serve in a local church setting. DEVELUP staff members are challenged to expand their leadership capacity as they grow spiritually, professionally, and relationally. **Production Program** This track is designed for emerging leaders that have production interest and a desire to serve in a local church setting.
