**DevOps Engineer** **Important Information** **Location: Singapore** - Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in **onboarding to our internal DevOps platform** and **curated Azure services** - Drive the **re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure** while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles - Drive the **migration of CI/CD pipelines** from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements - Collaborate closely with development teams, **educating and enabling** them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development - Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating **templates, documentation, and training materials** that simplify platform adoption **Requirement:** - **Software engineer** with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar) - Practical experience building and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines** and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab) - Strong understanding of **DevOps principles**, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices - Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure** services and **Infrastructure-as-Code** - Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries - Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage - Fluency in English (written/verbal) - Excellent communication and coaching skills — able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change - Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Experience working in **agile environments** (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
