Job Description Activity description and concrete tasks: You will support project teams in the integration and validation of software of voice services. Additionally you will support in development, quality assurance and planning as well as implementation of product releases. You will design further automations of services, processes and/or operating models, you will carry out performance analyses and tunings as well as error analysis and fixes. You will support the automation of deployments in all environments. You will provide a project-specific infrastructure and tool suite for integration and delivery, and administer these. You manage projects. Qualifications Skill requirements: Linux Administration: Secure operation, analysis of logs and system states Networking Knowledge: IP, routing, firewall, basic understanding of DMZ/proxy Virtualization: VMware operations & basic analysis Chef (Automation): Applying, customizing, and deploying cookbooks Application Deployment: rollouts and deployments Monitoring / Alerting: Proactive monitoring, alert evaluation Troubleshooting: Cross-system root cause analysis Change Management: Performing ITIL- and Telekom-compliant changes Incident Management: Rapid analysis and resolution of incidents IVR: Support in analyzing application errors Additional Information What do we offer you?
