DH Supply Supervisor

Job description

We are looking for a Supervisor to act as the single owner of courier and cargo onboarding flows, verification processes, and regulatory compliance for the Delivery Hub in Ecuador. In this role, you will sit within the Supply department, which builds and protects our supply base across all geographies, and bridge the gap between regulatory rigor, product experience, and funnel conversion. Your job is simple to describe but difficult to execute: build a seamless, compliant onboarding machine that converts leads into active couriers while protecting the business against regulatory risks in Ecuador.
