Overview The Digital Activation Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing the commercial activation of Crocs’ .COM business, translating promotional and marketing plans into disciplined onsite execution and revenue performance. This role owns day‑to‑day trading operations, promotion and campaign activation, and live commerce execution, ensuring that all commercial plans are implemented accurately and perform against sales targets. The position partners closely with Digital Marketing, Onsite Merchandising, Merchandising, Planning, and global teams to deliver seamless execution across the consumer journey. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day commercial performance of the .COM business, optimizing trading strategies, product visibility, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys to achieve revenue, margin, conversion, and profitability goals. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital trading calendar, including promotional campaigns, digital-exclusive launches, seasonal activations, live commerce events, and key brand moments that drive engagement and sales growth. Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, brand, and eCommerce teams to maximize go-to-market strategies, increase full-price sell-through, and deliver sustainable business growth while reducing reliance on promotional activity. Analyze customer behavior, site navigation patterns, traffic sources, conversion funnels, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and commercial performance. Create and refine compelling value propositions, promotional strategies, and customer-facing campaigns that align with consumer insights, brand objectives, and business priorities. Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), average selling price (ASP), revenue, and customer engagement, leveraging tools such as Adobe Analytics and internal reporting platforms. Translate complex data and business trends into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies that improve site performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall business results. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders, external agencies, and key business partners to ensure seamless execution, consistent brand experiences, operational excellence, and continuous innovation across the digital commerce ecosystem. What You'll Bring to the Table 10+ years of experience in eCommerce trading, digital activation, or commercial operations Proven experience managing day‑to‑day trading performance in an eCommerce environment Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to drive execution decisions Solid understanding of the Korean consumer and retail landscape Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in Korean; business-level English proficiency is preferred.
