Job description
The manager is looking for candidates that have strong reporting and analyst skills: Passionate about the digital space! Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and ideally an educational background in digital marketing strategy/channels and measurement, including Website, SEM/SEO, social media, influencer marketing, display, eCRM, video, mobile, ecommerce, etc. You will support two Senior Digital Marketing Managers within the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare group on brands such as: Children’s Advil®, ChapStick®, Emergen-C, and Centrum® among others. The Analyst position mainly will be analyzing social media performance, media performance, website performance etc, pull together into reports and derive trends and actionable insights/recos from that data. Additionally, they’ll help with some ad-hoc projects and some finance related work Another big part of the role is doing the User Acceptance testing on our websites, newsletters etc. Essentially it’s QA. Key activities include: Monthly data reporting, analysis, and insight generation for all digital tactics (social/web/media/social listening) using various digital measurement techniques and tools (60%); User Acceptance Testing of websites & other digital programs (25%); Budget management (5%); Other related projects (10%). Excellent Analytical Skills and experience using various tools to analyze and present data such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Radian 6, Excel, Powerpoint, etc; Detail oriented – requires keen eye for User Acceptance testing and an ability to make sure all aspects of programs are addressed and data used in analytic tools is accurate; Critical thinking/insight generation – turning data into meaningful insights that are actionable to move the business forward and proactively identify issues that may need resolving Project management – being able to manage multiple projects and move them forward in a timely manner; People skills – Ability to build relationships quickly with a number of cross functional partners (Brand, Digital, Technology, Digital agencies, advertising, etc) To know more about this position, please contact: Sagar Rathore 630-485-2166 Established in 1991, Collabera has been a leader in IT staffing for over 22 years and is one of the largest diversity IT staffing firms in the industry.
