We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Digital Content Specialist to join our Global T&L HUB. You are: • Creative beginner: able to design simple but engaging digital content (presentations, visuals, infographics) and motivated to grow your creative skills. • Fluent in English: with good written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptable: ready to learn in a dynamic environment and open to feedback and guidance. • Proactive learner: willing to take initiative, ask questions, and suggest fresh ideas. • Digitally skilled: familiar with at least one digital content creation tool such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Powtoon, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud with motivation to further develop digital content creation skills. • Curious explorer: eager to follow design trends and improve continuously. • Design fundamentals: basic knowledge of UX/UI and design principles With you we will: • Support the creation and adaptation of digital learning and communication materials, including presentations, graphics, videos, and e-learning content. • Collaborate with senior creators, subject matter experts and stakeholders to transform ideas and draft content into engaging visual materials. • Learn and grow through mentoring, feedback, and active involvement in design projects. • Support the team with formatting, visual consistency, and adapting content across platforms (LMS/LXP). • Ensure accessibility, clarity, and alignment with brand and design guidelines. • Experiment with new creative formats under guidance to enhance learner and partner engagement.
