Digital Core - SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Module Lead

As an SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Module Lead , you will take ownership of design, delivery, and optimization of the Employee Central module within end-to-end HR transformation programs. You will lead solution design, configuration, and integration activities, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes aligned with client business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into system configurations. Drive workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to define business processes and data models. Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connectivity with Payroll, Talent modules, and external systems. Provide guidance on best practices, release management, and solution enhancements post go-live. Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and governance standards. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SuccessFactors team. Come JOIN US if you have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years specializing in Employee Central. Proven track record in full lifecycle EC implementations, from design through deployment. Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows, and security concepts. Experience with integration scenarios and data migration best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
