Digital Implementation Executive (Contract)

Job Description: Great digital experiences don't start with code. They start with a clear idea. A thoughtful user journey. A wireframe that turns business needs into something people genuinely enjoy using. At dentsu Creative, we're looking for a System Project Manager (Digital Implementation Executive) who enjoys bridging strategy and execution. You'll work alongside strategists, designers, developers, and marketers to bring websites, digital platforms, and AI-powered experiences to life; from the first wireframe to launch and continuous optimization. If you're excited by digital technology, curious about AI, and enjoy bringing structure to complex ideas, you'll find plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow here. About Dentsu Led by Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004), a pure holding company established on January 1, 2020, the Dentsu Group encompasses two operational networks: dentsu japan network, which oversees Dentsu’s agency operations in Japan, and dentsu international, its international business headquarters in London, which oversees Dentsu’s agency operations outside of Japan. With a strong presence in approximately 145 countries and regions across five continents and with 65,000 dedicated professionals, the Dentsu Group provides a comprehensive range of client-centric integrated communications, media and digital services through its five leadership brands—Carat, dentsu X, iProspect, Dentsu Creative, and Merkle—as well as through Dentsu Japan Network companies, including Dentsu Inc., the world’s largest single brand agency with a history of innovation. The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale. What You'll Do Support the end-to-end delivery of website and digital implementation projects; from discovery and planning through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. Partner with business stakeholders, UX, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and functional documentation that provide a clear foundation for development. Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, proactively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and implementation milestones. Support website implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), content updates, quality assurance, launch readiness, and production deployment. Work closely with technical and digital marketing teams to implement and continuously improve SEO, SEM, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and emerging AI-powered search experiences. Help evaluate and implement AI-driven enhancements that improve website functionality, user experience, search visibility, and overall digital performance. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project documentation, technical specifications, meeting notes, testing results, and implementation records. Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, digital experiences, and collaboration across teams. A Bit About You At least 3 years of experience in Digital Project Management, Website Development, Digital Implementation, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related field. A solid understanding of website development lifecycles and how digital products move from concept to launch. Comfortable gathering business requirements and translating them into wireframes, user flows, or functional specifications that guide development. Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is an advantage. Working knowledge of SEO and SEM, with curiosity about emerging areas such as GEO, AEO, and AI-powered search. Naturally curious about AI and digital technology, with an eagerness to explore how new capabilities can improve customer experiences and digital products. Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
