## **About the Internship** WebFX is seeking an intern for our digital marketing team! Our ideal candidate is either a current college student or a recent college grad, with a history of strong academics, and an interest in pursuing a career in digital marketing. Classroom-level familiarity with marketing concepts is expected, but no experience is required - as an intern, you're here to start building that experience! ## **Internship Logistics: What to Know** - This is an in-person internship, based at [our riverside campus](https://www.webfx.com/about/offices/harrisburg/mansionfx/) in Harrisburg, PA - This internship is flexible with hours and days - we will work with our interns to determine a schedule that is a mutual fit - Interns will enjoy their own work space and tech set-up at our office, along with the ability to wear jeans/casual dress to work each day ## **The Qualifications: Who You Are** **Education** - A Bachelor's Degree: Either in Progress or Completed - *All Majors Welcome!* - GPA: 3.4 or above **Suggested Experience and Skills** - Customer service experience in any industry - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Analytical and research skills - Basic Excel/Google Docs skills - Classroom-level familiarity with digital marketing concepts - Eagerness to learn and be trained! **Qualities and Traits** - You're interested in the web, and like keeping up with new technology - You're professional, dependable, and self-motivated - You take pride in your work and always strive for high-quality results - You work with urgency and enjoy getting things done - You're proactive when it comes to solving problems - You're a lifelong learner, and are always looking to stretch and grow your skills - You love thinking both creatively and analytically, and love using data to make decisions ## **The Internship Responsibilities: What You'll Learn to Do** Under the guidance of senior-level mentors, interns in this position can expect to: - Work alongside our full-time marketers to support them in executing on client projects - Learn to create and execute data-driven SEO and AI Search Visibility strategies and optimizations for company clients - Assist in the creation of PPC (think Google Ads!) campaigns and work to achieve positive results for clients - Conduct industry research such as competitor analysis and keyword research - Plan content strategy and build outlines for our team of copywriters - Analyze campaign performance data (In Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX) and contribute to monthly campaign reports - Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors, and use findings to inform your strategies - Perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content **Technical Tools You'll Gain Experience With** - Excel/Google Suite - Google Analytics - RevenueCloudFX - Basic HTML ## **The Benefits: What You'll Get** **Comprehensive Training and Hands-On Industry Experience** - World-class on-the-job training from our team of marketers and industry experts - The chance to learn and practice cutting-edge digital marketing tools and techniques in a real-world environment at a top-ranked agency **Career Development Support and Potential for Growth** - Hands-on coaching and individualized mentorship with managers to support learning and development - Letters of recommendation are provided - We are always open to considering interns for potential full-time roles after graduation as well! **Compensation** - $17-$18/hour
