Digital Marketing Manager

**Position Overview** We’re growing paid social across ZURU Edge’s beauty brands and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to own the creative behind our global ads. You’ll take content from our global brand teams, adapt it for every market, source UGC that converts, and run the testing program that tells us what works and what to scale. You know paid social inside out, you think in hooks, formats and creative fatigue, and you’d rather own the creative and the performance story than sit behind the keyboard buying media. **About ZURU** ZURU is a reimagination company. We look for categories that have stood still, then we build next-generation products and brands that set the new standard. ZURU Toys is reimagining play. ZURU Edge is reinventing everyday consumer brands. Rhodes Pet Science is reimagining pet science. ZURU Tech is leading the next building revolution. ZURU started in 2003 with two brothers from New Zealand, and we’re still founder-owned and operated today. Since then we’ve become the world’s second-biggest privately held toy company, and nearly half of all Gen Y and Gen Z households with kids in the US own a ZURU product. Today we’re 5,000 people in 34 offices, selling into more than 150 markets, backed by over 100 acres of fully automated manufacturing. And we’re only getting started. **Position Impact** ZURU Edge builds new-generation haircare, beauty and fragrance brands for modern consumers, including MONDAY Haircare, DAISE Beauty and Being Haircare. This role exists to make paid social a key growth driver across that portfolio. You’ll shape the paid social strategy with our Social & Content Director, partner with global brand teams and our Auckland-based digital team, and see your creative run across multiple brands and markets at once. With interns supporting you on content, UGC and reporting, you’ll have room to think strategically while staying close to what’s working. **How you’ll help us grow** - Own the paid social content pipeline across our beauty brands, so every campaign has strong, platform-native creative - Set the standard for paid-ready assets: paid gets creative built for paid, on the right channels - Build and run a structured test-and-learn plan across hooks, formats, messaging, creators and offers, then scale the winners - Source and brief UGC creators, manage usage rights and get every asset ad-ready - Adapt global brand content for each market, keeping it locally relevant and true to each brand - Translate global media plans into the creative each one needs, and brief ads into the digital team so campaigns launch on time and on brand - Track creative performance, fatigue and spend against plan: refresh content before it drops off and flag issues early - Own paid social reporting across brands and markets, turning results into clear insights and recommendations **What Helps You Win Here** - 5+ years in paid social or digital marketing, client-side or agency: bonus points for multi-brand, global or beauty experience - Strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads: you know what makes creative perform in paid, and how that differs from organic - Hands-on experience creating, sourcing or briefing paid content, including UGC and creator content - A track record of running structured creative testing programs: A/B tests, test-and-learn, and scaling what works - A strong command of performance marketing metrics and media plans: you turn the numbers into action across brands and markets Think you’ve got what it takes? Apply now and tell us your story. **Who thrives at ZURU** This isn’t a 9-to-5. We move fast, think big and set goals most companies would call impossible, then go after them. The people who thrive here are entrepreneurs at heart. They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar. At ZURU, you drive your career, and we give you the platform to take it as far as you can. There are opportunities here that you won’t find anywhere else, and you’ll be surrounded by talented people who make things happen. We’re a true meritocracy: we reward impact, not tenure. **How we work** Big ideas happen when great people work side by side, so we’re office-first by design. Being together means faster collaboration, sharper decisions and stronger teams, and it’s where the real learning happens. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, but most roles are office-based. Want to see what life at ZURU really looks like?
