Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description

About us: BetterMe — an all-in-one well-being ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others. We are scaling and our specialists are leveling up. Now we’re looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with a focus on Meta Ads , ready to grow with us, experiment with AI, and drive new user growth. Your impact: Develop and scale Meta as a key acquisition channel, building and optimizing campaigns using AI-powered tools for faster testing cycles. Identify trends early, generate creative hypotheses, and work closely with creatives to find winning ad concepts and formats. Run A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives to continuously improve performance. Translate performance insights into clear, actionable briefs for the design team. Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to build full-funnel acquisition strategies. Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance, and forecast the impact of UA activities on key business metrics. About you: At least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on campaign management in Meta Ads. Solid understanding of Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience targeting, creative formats, and attribution. Practical experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, whether for research, content, analysis, or optimization. Experience managing advertising budgets and converting performance data into clear business forecasts and reports. Strong organizational skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration. A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to generate ideas and find solutions rather than waiting for perfect conditions. Experience in fashion-tech will be a big plus. In this role, you'll have: Access to AI tools and the freedom to integrate them into your workflow. A culture of experimentation where good ideas get tested, not just discussed. Room to grow as the team and product scale. What you get at BetterMe: A mission that inspires. Every line of code, every design, every idea helps millions of people become healthier and more confident. Trust without micromanagement. You manage your time and make decisions independently. We value outcomes, not online hours. Growth opportunities. 90% of our leads have grown within the company. There’s space for initiative, new responsibilities, and real career upgrades. Flexible work format. Choose what works best for you — office, remote, or hybrid. Wellness in practice. Offline: workouts with professional trainers in our corporate gym, massage, corporate lunches, sports, and team activities — everything you need to recharge and reset together . Online: regular online workouts, partner discounts, and free access to our products. Health insurance & corporate doctor. Open communication. Transparency across teams, honest feedback, and support for initiatives are part of our everyday culture. Support for sports events. We cover entry fees and encourage the team to compete and participate together. Modern equipment. We provide new hardware and everything you need for productive work. Legal & finance support.
