As the company continues to grow, they are bringing their digital marketing efforts in-house and are seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate or Finance background)** to increase qualified lead generation, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth through data-driven digital marketing initiatives. ## **Role Overview** As the **Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate or Finance background)**, you will own the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. You'll work closely with leadership to improve lead generation, optimize the customer journey, and enhance brand awareness through SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, website optimization, and social media. This role is ideal for a well-rounded digital marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution while taking ownership of marketing performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. ## **Location** **Fully Remote |** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST ## ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution** - Execute and continuously optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to increase qualified lead generation and brand visibility. - Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. - Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging best practices to improve execution and efficiency. ### **Website Management & SEO** - Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress or a similar content management system. - Publish blog articles, update website content, and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and lead conversion. - Execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical recommendations, and content planning. - Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and organic performance while identifying new opportunities for growth. - Coordinate with external developers when advanced website updates or enhancements are required. ### **Paid Advertising & Lead Generation** - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and return on ad spend. - Monitor budgets, campaign performance, keyword strategy, bidding, and audience targeting. - Conduct ongoing testing and optimization to improve campaign performance and conversion rates. - Provide performance reporting and strategic recommendations based on campaign data. ### **Email Marketing & Marketing Automation** - Build and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences. - Segment audiences to improve personalization, engagement, and conversion rates. - Monitor campaign metrics and continuously optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance. - Collaborate with leadership to develop email campaigns that support customer engagement and lead generation. ### **Social Media & Brand Marketing** - Manage the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram presence. - Create and publish educational, informative, and brand-focused content aligned with business objectives. - Increase engagement while supporting brand awareness and lead generation initiatives. ### **Analytics & Performance Reporting** - Track performance across SEO, paid advertising, website traffic, email marketing, and social media. - Prepare recurring reports highlighting campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and actionable insights. - Recommend improvements based on analytics to support future marketing initiatives and business growth. ## **Qualifications** ### **Experience** - **3–5 years** of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing. - Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels simultaneously. - Experience supporting lead generation through SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, and email marketing. - Experience managing website optimization initiatives using WordPress or similar CMS platforms. - Experience creating and executing marketing automation and email campaigns. - Experience in B2B marketing within financial services, investments, or real estate. ### **Skills** - Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy to improve organic search performance. - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns while optimizing budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and return on ad spend. - Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency with WordPress or similar content management systems to manage website content, publish blogs, and optimize landing pages. - Experience using email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to build campaigns, segment audiences, and improve customer engagement. - Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills with the ability to develop educational and lead-generating marketing content. - Excellent analytical and reporting skills with experience translating marketing data into actionable recommendations for leadership. - Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve research, content creation, reporting, and marketing workflows. - Experience marketing within financial services, lending, real estate, banking, or mortgage-related industries is preferred - Familiarity with marketing in regulated industries. - Experience creating physical mailers/flyers and email templates is a plus. - Ability to assist with a website branding look-and-feel update is also a plus. ### **Mindset & Attributes** -
