Digital Printer Center Associate – 1st Shift Pay: $18.00/hour Overtime Pay: $27.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Digital Printer Center Associate to support production and warehouse operations at a packaging facility in Indianapolis. This position involves light-duty work, assisting with digital printing operations, handling printed materials, and helping ensure products meet quality standards. Responsibilities Assist with daily digital printing and production activities. Help prepare materials and supplies for printing jobs. Load, unload, sort, and organize printed materials as needed. Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and defects. Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Assist team members with general warehouse and light-duty production tasks. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, printing, or production experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes. Strong attention to detail.
