We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , and we’re looking for a confident Digital Sales Consultant to help us convert online enquiries into bookings. The Role You’ll manage digital and incoming sales opportunities, communicate with prospective customers and guide them towards the right cleaning solution. Key Responsibilities Respond to and convert warm digital leads Engage customers through phone and online communication Understand customer requirements and recommend services Follow up with prospects and close sales Maintain accurate CRM records Monitor your sales activity and performance Consistently achieve sales targets What We Offer Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000+ per month) Fully remote working 40 days paid annual leave Opportunity to grow within the business Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development Excellent written and verbal English Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Resilient and confident when handling rejection Proven success in phone-based sales Target-driven with a track record of achieving results Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Experienced with CRM systems Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills Own reliable laptop or desktop
