**Team Overview:** The IT department ensures the smooth operation and security of all technology systems across Alternative Heat. From managing hardware and software to supporting network infrastructure and cybersecurity, the team enables employees to work efficiently and securely. They also lead digital innovation initiatives, providing technical solutions that enhance collaboration, data management, and overall business performance. **Role Overview:** Lead the identification, evaluation and delivery of business improvement, automation and technology initiatives across the company. The role is responsible for helping the business make informed decisions on systems, technology investments and transformation priorities. Working closely with directors and senior managers, the postholder will develop business cases, assess opportunities, provide recommendations and oversee delivery of key initiatives. The role will lead and develop the Business Systems and Automation team, ensuring the company has the capability to improve processes, make better use of technology and support future growth. **Job Title** | **Digital Transformation & Automation Manager** **Location** | **Dundalk** **Hours** | **Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm** **Salary** | **Competitive Depending on Experience**
