**Twin Health** At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health. We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives. **Working here** Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment. Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® . With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world. Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health. **Opportunity** Direct mail drives roughly 59% of Twin's member registrations today — the single largest acquisition channel — but it has never had a dedicated owner. Scan rate has declined from 3.27% to 1.01% over the past eleven months, cost per piece is not tracked, and reporting lags real send dates by about two weeks. This role owns direct mail end to end: cadence, creative testing, vendor management, and cost accounting — with a mandate to fix the channel's biggest problems first and build the instrumentation that makes every decision here reusable as training data for Twin's next-generation, individually-targeted acquisition engine. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of a channel that already moves the business, with a direct hand in shaping how it gets measured and automated going forward. **Responsibilities** *Direct Mail Program Ownership* - Own the direct mail channel end to end: drop cadence, creative testing, cost-per-piece accounting, and the vendor relationship with our print partner (RRD). - Diagnose and reverse the scan-rate decline (3.27% → 1.01% over the past 11 months) — determine whether the driver is creative fatigue, cadence, list saturation, or contact-data quality before recommending a fix. - Lead the shift from partner-batch mailing (one drop per partner per month) to lead-type-triggered mailing, so a newly-eligible, high-value lead receives its piece inside its launch window rather than whenever its partner's drop happens to fall. *Instrumentation & Decision Logging* - Log every mailer, variant, and segment decision with what was considered and why — not just what ultimately shipped — so today's judgment becomes tomorrow's training data. - Partner with the Technical Lead and Senior Marketing Analyst to close known data gaps in the channel: partner-grain send records, scan-rate tracking, and per-piece cost. - Ensure every send is joinable to an individual lead record, not just reconcilable at the aggregate or partner level. *Testing & Optimization* - Design and run direct mail A/B tests — messaging, format, cadence — with a stated hypothesis and success metric before launch. - Build on the existing Motivation vs. Barrier messaging framework already in use, and extend it with new axes as evidence supports. *Cross-Functional Partnership* - Partner with Marketing on creative production and approval — this role tags and measures content; Marketing produces and approves it. - Coordinate with the partner/client team on partner-specific creative approval SLAs and marketing permission tiers before any send. - AI-Powered Execution - Use AI tools such as Claude to draft creative variant copy, summarize test results, and accelerate reporting. - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** - 5+ years in direct mail or offline/print channel marketing, ideally in a regulated or healthcare-adjacent industry - Experience managing a direct mail vendor/print relationship (RRD or comparable), including cost negotiation and production timelines - Comfortable working with campaign and lead-level data in a CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Braze or comparable) - Experience designing and reading A/B tests, with a working understanding of sample size and significance - Strong project management skills — this channel runs on hard print and drop deadlines - Able to reason about lead-grain data concepts — understands why "how many pieces did we mail" and "how many of these specific leads received mail" are different, both-necessary questions Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a highly regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, insurance) with partner or client creative-approval workflows - Experience with lifecycle/cadence-based marketing (triggered off an individual's stage) rather than calendar-batch marketing - SQL literacy - Experience partnering with data or analytics teams to close measurement gaps in an existing channel - This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. **Compensation and Benefits** The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
