Summary of Job Functions: Staff schedule will be 8:00am- 5 :00pm Staff will: Work directly with the Individuals throughout the day Working on ISP specific goals Encouraging Individual to participate in activities and/or ISP specific goals Assisting with medications daily Assisting with Personal Care for all individuals who are in need Lifting Changing Sanitizing personal care room Completing daily Progress Notes and Goal Tracking on THERAP Completing any Health and/or Therapy tracking when applicable Completing the shift duty checklist daily as assi gned Attend all S tand up and Stand Down meetings, Therapy Trainings and DDSD state trainings when scheduled
