Accountabilities: Build, define, and scale a comprehensive AI and data services portfolio, establishing offerings that address evolving client needs and create sustainable commercial opportunities. Lead client-facing AI engagements across the full lifecycle, from discovery and data readiness through solution development, production deployment, adoption, and optimization. Establish repeatable delivery methodologies, service standards, quality frameworks, tools, processes, and reusable assets that enable consistent and scalable execution. Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex AI, data, and technology capabilities into clear business outcomes and measurable value. Own delivery performance across engagements, including quality, staffing, capacity planning, scope management, client satisfaction, and operational execution. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of AI, data, and technical services professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous development. Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop pipeline, identify opportunities, scope complex engagements, support proposals, and expand strategic client relationships. Develop managed, subscription, and retained advisory services that extend client relationships beyond initial implementations and create recurring revenue streams. Own the AI and data services P&L, with accountability for revenue, profitability, margin, growth, and recurring-revenue performance. Maintain a strong client-first mindset by anticipating customer needs, solving complex problems, and consistently delivering valuable outcomes. Collaborate across technical and business functions to ensure AI initiatives are practical, scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives. Where required, obtain customer approval for access to customer information, systems, or premises as part of service delivery. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or professional services, including at least 5 years leading a business unit, service line, delivery organization, or comparable function. Demonstrated experience personally scoping, delivering, or leading client-facing AI solutions through to production and measurable business adoption. Strong knowledge of applied AI and modern data technologies, including large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, automation, data architecture, integrations, and analytics. Proven P&L ownership with direct accountability for revenue, margin, profitability, and business growth. Demonstrated experience building, launching, or scaling a new technology service offering or delivery capability. Experience defining delivery methodologies, quality standards, operating processes, tools, and reusable service assets. Proven ability to scope, position, and sell complex technology engagements to executive-level buyers and stakeholders. Strong people leadership experience, including building, mentoring, and developing high-performing client-facing technical teams. Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated technology concepts into clear business outcomes. Strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment while balancing strategic priorities, operational execution, client needs, and financial objectives. Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across sales, technology, consulting, and business functions. Experience serving SMB or mid-market organizations is preferred. Background in ERP, CRM, business systems, data and analytics, or technology consulting is advantageous. Experience with managed services, subscription offerings, or retained advisory models is a plus. Experience working within a private equity-backed organization and relevant AI platform certifications are also desirable. Benefits: Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year.
