Job Description Summary: At The Coca-Cola Company, Finance plays a critical role in helping drive sustainable growth by enabling informed decision-making, ensuring strong governance, and delivering operational excellence across the business. The Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) Operating Unit Marketing Finance Service Delivery Lead is responsible for leading Marketing Finance service delivery across the Operating Unit, supporting the governance, planning, reporting, analytics, and operational management of Direct Marketing Investments (DMI). The role serves as the primary Finance lead responsible for ensuring effective delivery of Marketing Finance processes through global systems, strong stakeholder partnership, and oversight of a third-party managed service provider (MSP). Working closely with Operating Unit leadership, Category, Global Finance, Platform Services teams, and external partners, the role drives operational excellence, governance, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives that enable effective business decision-making and sustainable value creation. The role provides Operating Unit-wide leadership across Marketing Finance service delivery and is accountable for driving transformation, governance, stakeholder alignment, and service excellence through influence rather than direct organizational authority. What You’ll Do for Us: The GCM Operating Unit Marketing Finance Service Delivery Lead is accountable for end-to-end Marketing Finance service delivery for the Greater China & Mongolia Operating Unit. The role oversees the delivery of DMI-related financial operations, including: DMI actuals, plan, budget, and forecast management. Financial systems administration. Campaign creation and transaction processing. Operational and management reporting. Financial analytics and dashboards. Stakeholder support and issue resolution. Data, process, and technology improvement initiatives. User training and capability building. The role drives service excellence across Marketing Finance operations, strengthens governance, controls, and data quality, leads process simplification and transformation, promotes adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions, and enables timely, accurate, and actionable information for business decision-making. This role acts as the primary escalation point for Marketing Finance service delivery matters within GCM and plays a key role in shaping future-state capabilities and ways of working. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. 10+ years of progressive Finance experience in FP&A, Marketing Finance, Commercial Finance, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, process improvement, and change initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholder groups. Experience working in multinational organizations with global stakeholders, matrix environments, and virtual teams. Proven ability to influence decisions, drive alignment, and deliver results through collaboration rather than formal authority. Strong business acumen, financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnership skills. Experience working with shared service organizations and/or managed service providers preferred. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
