If you're excited about driving impact at the intersection of finance and technology, there's never been a better time to join us. **Director – Institutional Account Management** The Director – Institutional Account Managementrole supports the institutional business in delivering high-quality service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their underlying clients. The role focuses on account administration, transaction execution support, client servicing, onboarding coordination and day-to-day relationship management activities. The role acts as a key point of contact for the EAMs. **Responsibilities** **Client Relationship & Service Support** - Provide proactive support to the institutional salespeople in managing relationships with External Asset Managers and their underlying clients. - Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client servicing requests and enquiries. - Maintain regular communication with EAM representatives to ensure prompt resolution of operational and administrative matters. - Support client meetings, conduct platform demonstrations and follow up on action items. **Account Opening & Client Onboarding** - Coordinate account opening, onboarding and periodic review processes for EAM-managed client accounts. - Review account documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Liaise with Compliance and Onboarding teams to facilitate timely account approvals. - Track onboarding progress and provide status updates to the institutional salespeople and EAMs. **Transaction & Execution Support** - Assist in processing investment transactions, foreign exchange deals, cash transfers, securities subscriptions/redemptions, and corporate action instructions. - Ensure accurate execution and booking of client instructions in accordance with internal procedures. - Monitor pending transactions and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion. - Support trade settlement and resolve transaction-related issues where required. **Operational & Administrative Support** - Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the client management systems. - Support implementation of process improvements and service enhancement initiatives. - Contribute to internal projects that will add value to the institutional business **Requirements** **Education & Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline. - 3–5 years of experience in servicing EAMs either in a brokerage or private bank setup - Familiarity with EAM business and fintech platforms is preferred. **Technical Knowledge** - Understanding of wealth management products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, FX, and discretionary portfolio management. **Competencies** - Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach. **Key Success Measures** - Timely completion of account onboarding and documentation reviews. - High service quality and responsiveness to EAM and client requests. - Accuracy of transaction processing and operational support. ## Benefits **Working at Moomoo, you will get** - Be a part of the world’s leading digital brokerage firm where growth and career development opportunities are endless. - Enjoy a competitive total compensation package that truly values your skills and contributions. - Comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and dependents to provide you a peace of mind - Fun loving and diverse work environment that hosts various team-bonding programs and company events - Business casual work attire everyday - **And Much More!**: Discover even more perks and benefits as we take you through the hiring process!
