With a global workforce of 1,500+ and continuing to scale at an extraordinary pace, we are seeking a Director, Investor Relations to lead our transition into the public markets from our Hong Kong functional office. Reporting directly to the **CFO**, the **Director, Investor Relations** role is focused on institutionalizing our IR function, and managing our existing investor ecosystem with the highest degree of professionalism. You will serve as a high-credibility bridge between the organization and the financial community, translating our operational success into a sophisticated investment narrative. ### What You Will Do - Cultivate and manage deep, long-term relationships with our current investor community, acting as a trusted and proactive point of contact. - Proactively manage investor inquiries, keeping them abreast of the company’s development and informed or aligned on company's direction. - Serve as a key channel for the C-suite, monitoring investor sentiment and providing real-time views on market trends and competitive positioning. - Direct the strategy and content for all external financial events, including earnings calls, investor roadshows, and capital markets days, ensuring a unified and professional corporate message. - Lead communications and interface with analysts and financial institutions, clearly articulating how our latest initiatives drive operational scalability, margin expansion, and long-term value. - Lead and ensure all reporting cadences and communication protocols meet international capital market standards. ### What You'll Need - Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Investment Banking. A proven track record in an IR capacity within a high-growth environment is essential. - A strong professional reputation with experience managing investors at all levels, from venture capital partners to institutional fund managers. - Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and global capital market regulations. - Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder sentiments and facilitate conflict resolution. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred. - Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
