The Director of Enterprise Systems will lead the strategy, optimization, governance, and ongoing evolution of SKIMS' enterprise applications across EMEA, with primary responsibility for NetSuite ERP and its supporting business systems. This role serves as the strategic bridge between Technology and the business, partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Retail, Operations, Ecommerce, and third-party technology partners to ensure enterprise systems enable scalable growth and operational excellence. The Director will establish best practices, oversee system enhancements, drive process transformation, and ensure data integrity across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Financial Operations. As SKIMS continues its international expansion, this leader will play a critical role in implementing new capabilities, improving business processes, and building a scalable enterprise systems roadmap.
