We’re looking for a **Director of Finance** to accelerate Almedia’s growth by leading strategic finance initiatives, FP&A, capital markets activities, and M&A execution. This is a highly hands-on role for a finance leader who can seamlessly move between high-level strategic planning, complex financial modeling, investor-ready communications, and hands-on deal execution. This role sits at the intersection of corporate finance strategy, operational FP&A, and transaction execution. You will partner directly with leadership to evaluate build-vs-buy opportunities, build scalable financial frameworks, optimize capital structure, and drive clear, decision-grade analysis across the company.
