Director of FP&A

Job description

We are seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to build and lead a best-in-class FP&A function. This individual will serve as a key thought partner to executive leadership, owning long-range financial strategy, revenue and P&L forecasting, and advanced financial analysis to guide decision-making in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This is a builder role, and is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates comfortably at both a strategic and detailed level, and brings a forward-looking perspective on where the business is headed, not just where it has been. Travel will be a requirement for this role, anticipated to be approximately quarterly.
