About the Role Anthony & Sylvan is looking for a finance leader who wants to reinvent how FP&A gets done, not someone who will run the existing playbook a little faster. As Director, FP&A and Finance Transformation, you will own enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, while also serving as the person who asks whether each process should exist in its current form at all, and who is actively building the AI enabled, automated finance function of the future. This is a highly visible, dual mandate role. Half of the job is the FP&A fundamentals: accurate forecasts, clear Board narratives, sound capital analysis. The other half is transformation, using AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to fundamentally redesign how the Finance organization forecasts, reports, and partners with the business. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, treats every manual process as a hypothesis worth testing, and gets genuinely energized by the question "could this be done differently?"
