We are seeking an innovative, hands-on, and revenue-driven **Director of Growth / Marketing** to spearhead our demand generation and pipeline expansion strategies. ### **Position Summary** The **Director of Growth / Marketing** will serve as the engine behind our company’s client acquisition strategy. In this high-impact role, you will build and own a predictable, scalable lead generation model targeting middle-market manufacturing executives, business owners, and operational leaders.
