Director of Operations

Job description

**About Network Right** Network Right is on a mission to redefine what it means to be a managed service provider. We're disrupting the traditional MSP market by building a next-generation IT company that puts people first. We work exclusively with venture-backed technology companies, partnering alongside the world's leading VCs to support the startups shaping tomorrow's industries. Unlike conventional IT providers, we don't offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We bridge the gap between technology and people by delivering custom, high-touch support tailored to the needs of fast-moving, high-growth businesses, making technology an accelerant, not a bottleneck. **About This Job:** We're looking for a Director of Operations to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing, next-generation MSP. You'll own the systems, processes, and people functions that keep us running at scale, from building and codifying SOPs to running a best-in-class recruiting function, ensuring service delivery keeps pace with sales growth, and relentlessly driving client value to keep churn as low as possible. If you thrive in ambiguity and get genuine satisfaction from turning chaos into clarity, this role was built for you. At this time, Network Right is not able to provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. **What You’ll Do:** - Build, document, and own the SOPs that define how we deliver, scale, and operate as a company - Own the full internal and service operations of the company, from service delivery workflows to billing, contracts, and time tracking - Collaborate with our Client Relations Manager to ensure our operational processes are actively supporting client satisfaction and long-term retention - Lead and develop our recruiting function, setting the talent strategy to shift us from reactive inbound hiring to proactive talent acquisition - Partner with our Service Manager to identify and eliminate friction in day-to-day service operations so our consultants can focus on clients - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into financial and operational health - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on headcount planning as we scale past $10M **About You:** - You've operated inside a services business before, with an MSP, consulting, or professional services background preferred - You have a high sense of agency. You don't wait to be told what needs fixing, you spot it, own it, and get it done. - You operate with a maniacal sense of urgency. Good enough tomorrow is not better than today, and the people around you feel that energy. - You're a builder, not just a maintainer. You get energy from creating structure where there isn't any - You know how to run a recruiting function, not just manage a recruiter. You can define a talent brand, build pipelines, and think about what great hiring looks like 12 months from now - You're comfortable with ambiguity and won't wait to be handed a playbook - You're detail-oriented enough to care about process but strategic enough to know which processes actually matter **Benefits:** ❤️‍🩹 Health Benefits - 100% covered health, dental and vision insurance for you, 50% for dependents - Paid Parental Leave - HSA/FSA eligibility 💸 Compensation, Rewards & Recognition - 401(k) + 4% company matching - Annual Bonus Program 🌴 Balance - Flexible Time Off 📚 Learning & Development - Flexible certification and learning stipends and reimbursements 🤝 Culture - Biannual company retreats - Social events - Wellbeing events and programs ➕ Extras - Home internet and mobile reimbursement - Monthly meal stipend - Commuter benefits - Onsite meals and snacks - Dog-friendly office **Interview Plan:** - Round 1 - 20 minutes Phone call with Recruiter - Round 2 - 45 minutes Zoom call with Service Manager - Round 3: Onsite - 45 minutes with CoFounder - 45 minutes with CoFounder
