Director of Operations - Saudi Arabia AOC (GACA)

Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline, flying an all-lie-flat Airbus fleet, and is standing up new Air Operator Certificates in Bahrain (BCAA) and Saudi Arabia (GACA). We are seeking a Director of Operations for our Saudi Arabia AOC (General Authority of Civil Aviation), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The Director of Operations is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive, and is responsible for:• Exercise operational control and accountability for the conduct of flight operations under the AOC.• Own the operations manual, ensure ops-specifications compliance and set operational standards.• Oversee flight dispatch, flight-time limitations and flight-crew standards.• Serve as the operational interface with GACA for approvals, audits and findings.• Embed the SMS within operations.RequirementsThis is a required management position under GACAR Part 121.45.
