The Director of Strategy and Operations will own and drive the high-impact initiatives that fuel our growth and development, bringing structure, financial rigor, and speed to some of the company's most ambiguous problems. This is a role for someone who thrives without a playbook, earns trust across functions without formal authority, and turns data into decisions. You'll drive change, remove obstacles, and raise the bar. **Location**: Remote, with ability to travel onsite as required **Job Description** - Own and execute high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance across our locations - Build and implement high priority initiatives in partnership with finance, RCM, operations, product, trade relations, and other teams - Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities - Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making - Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability - Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks as needed, including but not limited to capital raise, strategic partnerships, M&A, etc. **Key Accountabilities** - **Cross-Functional Alignment** - **Quantitative Decision Support** **Qualifications** - 3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, and / or business operations role - Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills - Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority - Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
