Job description

A P.hD in the Social Sciences or Humanities with ten years cognate experience. Demonstrable capacity and working knowledge of ICT. Demonstrable capacity for planning and organizing training programmes on large scale. Demonstrable capacity to work in a group and as a team leader. The Electoral Institute (EI) is an organ of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which is responsible for training for eclections and electoral research.Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for this position.
