This is a development centric role that works with multiple teams within the Qiddiya Residential Business Unit to deliver a more efficient portfolio with products suitable for a target demographic that changes over the maturity period of various masterplans. The role is a balance between strategic thinking and execution on a portfolio level, with market intelligence driving strategies and recommendations. ResponsibilitiesCreate development strategies for different products within Qiddiya’s portfolio and align them with the market. Identify interim land-use opportunities focused on the residential portfolio Identify real estate market challenges and assess the risks for rolling out residential assets and develop mitigation strategies. Assess multiple products and solutions that are suitable for the Saudi market, recommend ideal products per stage based on detailed analysis.Support product innovation workstream with benchmarking. Cooperate with development, design, and delivery to identify opportunities to work more efficiently across Qiddiya’s product offering. Work on procurement strategies including scope, assessment, award, and management of consultants. Support in strategic stakeholder management and the identification of strategic partners across the different workstreams Create presentations for N-1 panels, management and inputs for BoD presentations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in either engineering, finance. MBA degree preferred. Extensive management consulting background required (minimum of 3 years, 6+ years preferred) Strong understanding of real estate products through mc engagements and/or working for a firm in the real estate value chain strongly preferred.
