Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. ## **About Celonis** Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI, empowering organizations to analyze, design, and operate AI-driven processes. The Celonis Platform is powered by the Celonis Context Model, which combines process data, business knowledge, and operational intelligence to create a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can understand—turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. By providing the essential business context that AI agents and tools need to act effectively, Celonis makes AI truly enterprise-ready. Headquartered in Munich, Germany, and New York City, USA, Celonis operates globally with over 20 offices worldwide. ## **About the Role** Based at our global headquarters in **Munich**, as a **Value Engineering Manager / Director** for **CPG & Retail**, you will hold full operational and leadership responsibility specifically for the **CPG & Retail segment across the DACH region**. In this role, you will lead a dedicated, high-performing team of 6–7 Value Engineers operating at the intersection of process transformation, executive consulting, and AI-driven product execution, driving the end-to-end customer value journey and accelerating enterprise AI adoption across major retail and consumer goods brands. In this role, you will serve as a player-coach, actively guiding, coaching, and developing a talented, high-potential team with diverse backgrounds spanning supply chain, procurement, management consulting, and retail operations. This role offers tremendous growth potential as you both develop and learn alongside top-tier talent, while serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives at major enterprise accounts. **Native-level German proficiency is required for this role. Candidates must be able to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.** ## **What Sets Our Patch Apart** The DACH CPG & Retail patch represents some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands, retail giants, and mobility innovators. As our DACH CPG & Retail customers navigate complex global supply chains, omnichannel fulfillment challenges, and the rapid rise of Process Intelligence and Agentic AI, you will engage directly—in both German and English—with vocal customer champions, C-level decision-makers, and pioneering thought leaders shaping the future of retail and consumer goods innovation. ## **Key Responsibilities** - **Drive Business Outcomes & Account Growth:** Take full ownership of ARR targets, renewal forecasts, and net retention across the DACH CPG & Retail sector.
