Director / VP of Sales — Hospital & Health System Partnerships

Job description

Director / VP of Sales — Hospital & Health System Partnerships Turn your hospital relationships into new business at a private equity-backed healthcare services company expanding its health-system footprint. Own the full sales cycle, work directly with experienced sales leaders, and earn compensation tied to what you produce. The Opportunity Urrly is recruiting for a private equity-backed healthcare services company helping hospitals and health systems recover insurance revenue that can otherwise go uncollected. Its specialists identify overlooked coverage and manage complex claims alongside existing revenue-cycle teams. You’ll bring hospital decision makers a compelling financial proposition: stronger collections and improved cash flow, with a hands-on role in expanding the company’s health-system business. This is a senior individual-producer role. Director or VP scope will reflect your relationships, experience, and sales record; people management is not required. What You’ll Do Turn established hospital and health-system relationships into qualified opportunities. Personally prospect, lead discovery, build proposals, negotiate, and close new business. Reach decision makers who evaluate and approve healthcare service partnerships. Partner with internal specialists to demonstrate financial value and keep deals moving. Maintain a clear pipeline with realistic next steps. What You Bring An actionable network of hospital and health-system decision makers. Personal ownership of hunting for and closing new business. Willingness to travel for buyer meetings and business development. Demonstrated bookings, revenue, quota attainment, or top-performer results are valued. Revenue-cycle or adjacent healthcare financial-services experience is preferred; buyer access and selling ability matter more than an exact product background. Compensation & Location Base salary: $175,000–$250,000 annually, based on experience, relationships, and demonstrated production. Upside: Commission and performance bonus; high-performing senior sellers may earn up to $500,000 in total compensation, contingent on results and the agreed plan. Total earnings are not guaranteed. Location: Fully remote across the United States; no local residency or relocation requirement. Travel: Required and budgeted for buyer meetings. No fixed travel percentage; territory will reflect relationships and market coverage. Equal Opportunity Urrly evaluates candidates on job-related qualifications and experience. We welcome qualified applicants from all backgrounds. Apply now and get a response within 24 hours.
