Overview:
The Director, Workplace & Corporate Services is responsible for leading the company’s administrative operations, strategic procurement initiatives, workplace operations, and commercial vendor management functions across multiple business areas. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational scalability, infrastructure growth, and organizational efficiency in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in administration, operations, facilities, or business management leadership roles
- Proven experience managing facilities, procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvements and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building teams, processes, and operational structure from 0 to 1
- Operate effectively in a fast-growing and evolving environment
- Strategic and hands-on
- Experience supporting 500+ employees
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution capability

Benefits
Salary range: $160,000 - $230,000
