Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Candidates must have PM availability for Wed - Sat nights

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness

• Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines

• Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment

• Support the kitchen team by assisting with various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness

• Strong, upbeat and positive personality

• Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail

• Passion for food, beverage and hospitality

• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
