Company Description The purpose of this role is to support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans. Job Description KPI & Performance Management Deliver on sales, distribution, coverage, and Perfect Store targets. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Fulfil all reports in due dates, use reports to analyze and develop the distributor KPIs. In-Store Execution Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards. Maintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases which focus on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging. Commercial Strategy Implementation Execute the channel business plan based on agreed priorities. Align distributor teams for strong execution from day one. Team Leadership & Development To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity. Train, motivate and develop distributor teams in order to maximize their potential and results. Provide field coaching and continuous performance support. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers. Foster effective communication and a positive team environment. Qualifications Administration or Commercial Degree preferred. 1 to 2 years' experience in Off Premise sector in FMCG. Motivation and team skills. Strong communicational and organizational ability. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Management reporting and budget control. Advanced English preferred. Valid A1 driver's license. Additional Information
