JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Document Review Level 3) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Document Review Level 3 Perform quality control sampling of lower-level document reviews. - Conduct in-depth declassification reviews under EO 13526, FOIA, and related acts. Identify and resolve issues related to Restricted Data (RD) / Formerly Restricted Data (FRD) / Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI) / Department of Energy National Security Information (DOE NSI) documents. Desired Qualifications For Document Review Level 3 | Document Classification/Declassification Review ( EHSS0005009 ) Candidates: Experience with document audits, surveys, and high-level reviews. Proficient in classification/declassification processes, FOIA, and Privacy Act. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field (e.g., Records Management, Public Administration). 3-5 years of document review or classification experience. Skills Required Advanced knowledge of classification protocols and procedures. Excellent auditing and quality control skills. Ability to manage complex reviews and coordinate with multi-agency teams.
