JOB SUMMARY The Document Review Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the document review function, ensuring workloads are assigned appropriately and completed accurately and within established timelines. This role leads team members through recruiting, training, supervision, and performance support while overseeing packet processing activities and resolving processing issues. The supervisor collaborates with the Quality Assurance team, Program Office, and IT to support workflow coordination, quality standards, and issue resolution. The position reviews data, identifies trends, and implements improvements to enhance team performance and service delivery. JOB DUTIES Lead and supervise the document review team to ensure accurate, timely completion of assigned workloads. Communicate departmental decisions, priorities, and performance expectations to team members. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Program Office teams to align work activities with quality monitoring standards. Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve performance outcomes. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives. Maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate workflow. Oversee daily packet processing activities. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and supervise staff members. Meet customer service objectives to support positive business growth and development. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats. Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Utilize computer systems and software efficiently to support departmental functions. Manage and oversee special projects and assigned initiatives. Participate in and assign professional development and training activities. Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Collaborate with IT on Docuware maintenance issues. Resolve escalated concerns from internal clients in a professional and timely manner. Report to an assigned office location periodically or as business needs require. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Two years of leadership experience or a college degree preferred. Ability to meet requirements outlined by applicable program contracts. Comfortable speaking before groups and delivering information in a professional manner. Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet job requirements. Ability to pass required background screening. Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position. The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
