Detailed JD .NET Software Consultant As Software Consultant in Sustaining Development team you will lead the root cause analysis effort on a variety of applications in Order fulfilment domain in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to do the root cause analysis by interacting with various stake holders, provide containment and design innovative short term and long term solutions to real production issues. You will work closely with Application Management Support (AMS) and Application Development teams. This position reports to the Development Manager of the Sustaining Development team. Role Responsibilities Ø 5+ Years of .NET experience Ø Providing containment, short term and long term solutions to production problems. Ø Managing Problem Known Errors (PKEs) life cycle Ø Engage Solution Architects, Sustaining Development team, Application Management Support (AMS) team and Application development team and derive a workable solution to Problem Known Errors. Ø Reporting PKE statistics Ø Analysis of re-occurring issues and provides a solution for permanent fix Ø Task Ticket resolution within the SLA Preferences Ø Experience with Supply chain domain Ø Experience with high volume transactional systems Hi, We have multiple openings for different location, for different clients.
