As a Drain Technician at My Plumber Plus, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality drain cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnosing drain issues and recommending appropriate solutions. ***Apply Today!*** **In exchange for your commitment, we provide:** - **Affordable, high-quality health, dental & vision insurance** - **401(k) w/ company match** - Paid vacation, sick and personal days - **On-going growth opportunities throughout our Sila Services Family of Companies** - Parental Leave - Short term disability, long term disability, and company paid life insurance - Paid training/ongoing education - **Company vehicle, gas card, and tablet** **Responsibilities** - Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls. - Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages - Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutions - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution. - Obtain agreement for services before performing work - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential. - Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly. - Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels - Be able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trap - Operate equipment in a safe manner - Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers - Participation in required staff meetings and training **Requirements** - 2 or more years of sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experience - Experience operating a sewer camera - Service Titan experience a plus! - Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping - Repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment would be a plus - Personable and professional - High integrity and strong communication skills #PLUMB1
