Looking to break into recruiting, HR, or logistics? This is a great place to start. We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Universal Logistics headquarters in Warren, MI. You’ll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. If you’re competitive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call environment, you’ll do well here. Shifts: Full time (45 hours), Monday through Friday 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm Why this role stands out: Competitive base salary + uncapped bonus: Top Earners above $100k Earn up to $300+ per hire Clear entry point into recruiting, HR, or operations High-volume, high-impact role where your work directly drives hiring Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity What you’ll do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar) Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation) Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet Who this is perfect for: Recent grads looking to get into recruiting or HR People who thrive in high-energy, goal-driven environments Anyone who enjoys competition, metrics, and earning more based on performance If you want a role where effort = results (and paycheck), apply today.
