Dry Cargo General Logistic Officer

Job Description Summary : Perform daily activities of dry cargo and containerize shipping chartering. Manage shipments delivery in a timely manner. Maintains relationships with carrier vendors and consistently and escalate and assist (internal &external) customer issues Job Description : Focus in searching and booking vessel space and equipment. Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term). Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions Communicate with related party to achieve operational excellence and reduce non necessary operational cost. Monitor all shipment activities are suitable with the terms and conditions of sales contract Helping buyer to follow up the cargo insurance claim process Job requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in all major At least 1 year of working experience in Shipping, Cargo Must be fluent in English Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills and attention to detail Able to work independently as well as in a team Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
