Job Description: 10+ years of experience ISO Knowledge and Understanding a must DCT ISO knowledge and Understanding a plus Commercial Auto, General Liability, Inland Marine & Package knowledge Agile Experience a plus JIRA Experience a plus Problem Solving Skills Experience working with Offshore Resources Experience with Duck Creek Technologies a must (provide demos of system during reviews) Knowledge & Experience with MS Word & Excel (document creation, properties, fields, formatting, etc.) Ability to provide clear communications to client Business Unit Provide open communication and support to Business Unit as well as Internal Team Leads and IT Team Experience in providing support to Executive Management Team Ability to work within a Team environment while also maintaining ability to be independently motivated Ability to work remote and maintain accessibility Well versed with US P&C Insurance.
