Job description

The e-Learning Developer is required to; · Develop Storyboard into e-Learning Content · Designing and creating engaging, effective e-learning courses. This includes creating SCORM content using storyline and other e-learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release; uploading courses on the Learning Management System · Maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses. Requirements · In-depth knowledge of SCORM technologies · Excellent skills in Rapid Authoring tools such as Storyline or Adobe Captivate · Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Java script, CSS) · High degree of proficiency with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) · Excellent use of Microsoft office applications · HND/Degree in relevant subject with at least 2 years+ experience as an eLearning Developer · Strong problem solving and critical thinking · Ability to work without constant supervision · Passionate about creating great interactive learning · A keen interest in all learning technologies · Good communication skills –written and verbal · Good IT skills · Fast Learner Renumeration is very attractive.
